    Dr. Natasha Attard has been a dedicated professional in the field of disability since 2011, demonstrating a passion for positively impacting the lives of individuals with diverse needs. With a Master's Degree from Cardiff University in Positive Approaches to Challenging Behaviour earned in 2015, and a Ph.D from Queen's University, Belfast in 2025, Natasha has consistently pursued advanced education and training to enhance her expertise.

    In 2017, Natasha achieved Board Certification as a Behaviour Analyst, marking a significant milestone in her commitment to evidence-based practices. Her International Behaviour Analyst certification was acquired in 2022. Natasha’s training and experience extend both locally and internationally, with a notable period spent in London where she contributed to the specialized education of children with autism and complex behavioural needs in a dedicated school setting.

    The culmination of Natasha's international experience led to the pursuit of a PhD in applied research, further solidifying her standing as a distinguished professional in her field. As the owner and director of The Bridge by BxConsultancy, Natasha takes on a leadership role, overseeing operations and guiding her team as the lead supervising behaviour analyst.

    Natasha's professional mission revolves around delivering the highest quality behaviour support and autism intervention. Her overarching aim is to advance the understanding of the impact of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) in the education of children with autism in Malta. Driven by a commitment to inclusivity, she seeks to support schools in achieving a level of inclusion that effectively meets the needs of the most diverse learners. Through her work, Dr. Natasha aspires for The Bridge by BxConsultancy to become the most trusted provider in Malta for comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support services.

    Chris is a highly skilled professional who earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from the National University of Ireland Galway in 2019. With a keen interest in challenging behaviour, Chris has developed his skills in Practical Functional Assessment and Skill-Based Training, evidence based approaches for reducing complex behaviour and increasing skills. He has experience working with adults facing a variety of intellectual disabilities and has developed a commitment to improving the quality of life of individuals with diverse needs.

    Chris has a special interest in pre-diagnosis intervention planning, where the focus is on accelerating developmental milestones. This proactive approach reflects a deep understanding of the importance of early intervention. Chris brings a unique skill set to the field, making him an asset to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and the BxConsultancy team.

    Paula has been an advocate for children with Autism, utilizing the applied behaviour analysis (ABA) and positive behaviour support approaches for the past 5 years. Her commitment to fostering positive change in the lives of her clients is evident in her educational journey and practical experience.

    In 2021, Paula took her passion to the next level by pursuing a Master's in Applied Behaviour Analysis, a decision that emphasised a deep understanding of behaviour interventions. In 2023 Paula became a Certified Behaviour Analyst, a testament to her expertise and proficiency in the field.

    What sets Paula apart is her vibrant energy and passion for enhancing children's opportunities to learn, creating a positive and dynamic environment for those around her. Paula's genuine care for her clients extends beyond the classroom, as she actively supports parents and collaborates with colleagues to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to each child's development.

    Paula is engaged in conducting assessments and designing and implementing effective programs tailored to the unique needs of her clients. Her greatest strength lies in working with learners who present challenging behaviours, demonstrating a remarkable ability to empathize with and understand their individual needs.

    Agata has completed a masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology From Maria Curie-Sktodowska University in Lublin, Poland in 2015. After working as a SLP for 6 years, she began receiving her training in the behaviour approach and applied this to her work with children with autism Agata has been expanding her knowledge in the field of behaviour analysis for a few years and is excellent at managing behaviours in sessions and prioritising communications skills with her learners. She has a specialised interest in working with children who engage in ecolalia and in implementing Picutre Exchange Communications Systems (PECS). Agata is also the communication lead on our team, ensuring each learner’s program is designed in a way to promote the learner’s voice, through the various modes of communication they may be adapted to .With over 8 years experience in the field, her combined skill set makes her very valuable member of our team; creative, engaging and sure to achieve progress with any of her kiddos.

  • Arianna holds a master's degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Cologne, a foundation she continually develops with ongoing training and supervision in applied behaviour analysis.

    Renowned for her versatility, Arianna excels in early intervention, demonstrating exceptional skill with very young children. Her proficiency extends to achieving great results with primary school-aged children, demonstrating her adaptability across diverse age groups. Arianna's strengths lie in her intuitive understanding of the needs of her learners, enabling her to implement program objectives in a manner that fully engages each child. Arianna is resourceful and highly motivated. Her special interest in early childhood education and development, coupled with her experience in school settings, positions her as a highly impactful therapist.

  • Kristina, has a degree in psychology and is pursuing a masters in Gestalt psychotherapy. She exemplifies unwavering commitment to the helping profession. With years of training and supervision in behaviour analysis, she adeptly applies her knowledge to understand clients' learning needs, tailoring sessions effectively.

    Exceling in 1:1 intervention, Kristina thrives with complex learners, showcasing her adaptability. Beyond individual settings, she leads and runs group interventions, highlighting her diverse and effective therapeutic skills.

  • Yasmine brings 14 years of invaluable experience in the disability field, with the last 6 years dedicated to supporting learners with autism in school settings. Recent training and supervision in behaviour analysis and positive behaviour support shows her commitment to staying at the forefront of evidence-based practices.

    As a seasoned professional, Yasmine's adaptability stands out, allowing her to tailor her skills to meet the unique needs of the children she serves. Within our team, she is a creative force, infusing her therapy sessions with energy, intuition, and a remarkable ability to seamlessly integrate learning into play.

  • Rebecca, with a psychology degree and nearing completion of her masters in Teaching and Learning, is a skilled therapist specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2021. Her extensive training focuses on working with children with autism, where she excels in early intervention. Possessing a calm demeanour, Rebecca effortlessly builds rapport with children and families, fostering a conducive learning environment. Under her care, children consistently make great progress, a reflection of her expertise and dedication.
